Asset Tracking

In search of a central location to manage all event related and equipment requests, this technology leader looked to ExhibitForce to devise a site that would create a user friendly way to request and track assets by bar coding.

 

The Challenge

With the demand for their equipment continuing to rise, this Technology Leader's legacy system was no longer performing and was not available online. They searched for three critical elements from a new platform, including (1) tracking items by bar coding; (2) providing cloud-based access to an unlimited number of requestors/end users, and (3) giving the end users a tool to manage the overall event.

Task Management

As one of the largest industrial distributors in North America, this company had a robust proprietary system and searched for a supported solution that would still meet all of their needs, including managing approximately 1,000 events per year with a team of 17 event managers, tracking assets, team collaboration, task management, and reporting.

 

The Challenge
